Beginners are CRUSHING Tiktok Shops with THIS Strategy (Simple and Scalable)

Have you ever thought you need a massive following to crush it in e-commerce? Well, that's a myth, especially with TikTok Shops. Even WITHOUT ANY audience at all you can start a tiktok shop and turn it into a sales powerhouse.

Picture this: You post a simple video, and suddenly, your sales skyrocket. No big brand name, no massive ad budget, just the right strategy and tools.

Sounds crazy, right? But that’s the reality that IS tiktok shop. it’s leveled the playing field for everyone, from big brands to small sellers. All you need to do is get good at finding hot products, creating engaging videos, and leveraging TikTok's algorithm to drive traffic and sales…FOR YOU.

TikTok's algorithm will handle the heavy lifting and traffic for you. You'll be able to build an audience in your niche and start driving sales pretty quickly with the right approach.

It’s STILL one of the biggest opportunities right now in e-commerce, and I don't say that lightly. I haven't seen anything this easy since Facebook Marketplace launched a few years ago, where it seemed like anything you listed would sell. That's TikTok Shops and Tiktok Affiliates right now.

Of course, there are some things to understand that will make launching your shop and getting sales a lot easier. So, here’s what I found works best currently…

First things first, you NEED a hot, in-demand product. Your product-audience fit is crucial. I can tell you firsthand, I have a shop with a few products that sell over and over and over again, but I didn't start there. I had to find those products through trial and error.

The cool thing is the landscape has evolved since then (there are a ton of software programs out there that will GIVE you these products on a silver platter).

2 I use all the time are called Shoplus and Kalodata. They give you data on what's selling on TikTok Shops currently and allow you to see what's trending in your niche.

They also showhow many sales a product got, how recent those sales were, and who specifically is buying it (as well as WHO is SELLING it) and HOW(which is crucial).

If you'd like to see Kalodata in action you can do so here > (My Tiktok Shop Secret Weapon (Find Trending Products People Go Crazy For) - Kalodata Tutorial).

The truth is you DON’T need to reinvent the wheel when you're starting. If something is working for someone else in your niche, list something similar and test related products (if not that same exact product). The path of least resistance is easiest, especially for beginners.

The next step is to list your products on TikTok Shop. Assuming you've already signed up for a shop, you want to list these hot products so you can link them in your videos when you post.

Don't overthink this. Just list them with the product pictures from the supplier's website, assuming they're decent quality, and most suppliers will be.

For the title and description, use ChatGPT to rewrite them a bit and make them better. The title should be short and to the point, clearly explaining what the product is because nobody's really searching for your product. They need to understand instantly when they see the title.

For the description, list three to five short bullet points explaining the problem the product solves and how it can help the customer. Keep it simple and effective. Seo doesn’t matter as much as impulse purchases here so not many people are reading this through fully anyway.

You also want to mark your price up enough so that when you sell it, you can keep the difference in profit, but that goes without saying (and keep in mind the tiktok shop fees and shipping costs too – unless you plan to charge for shipping).

Now, assuming you've linked your shop to your TikTok page (which you can do easily in the backend of your shop), now comes the fun part: posting the videos and seeing the results.

There are many many quick/cheap ways to create videos that actually WORK.

In short you can create them yourself, you can outsource them to a freelancer or UGC creator, you can use AI software, or you can order from a professional company that specializes in making product videos for you.

All of these can work (with the right approach, a hot selling product, and a little bit of consistency).

Here are few videos I've done explaining several methods to create videos just like I referenced...

But in any business, but especially on TikTok Shops, posting videos regularly is super important.

I tried to put up at least five videos every day pretty consistently when launching a new product to test the concept of it and see if I can ACTUALLY get sales or not.

Not all videos were hits, but sometimes one video can bring in a load of sales. That's all it takes.

A lot of people want to overcomplicate this so they can sell you some kind of “secret”…but the truth is…there’s no secrets.

The formula is...

Hot products.

Good videos.

Good product market fit.

Trial and error…and consistency.

None of this is rocket science. You don't need a large following from the start. You don't need a snazzy-looking e-commerce store or to spend thousands of dollars on ads.

TikTok's organic reach brings eyeballs TO YOU…and every eyeball is a potential sale since you can link your products directly in your videos. This is a truly massive opportunity. Hop on it now and strike while the iron is hot.

Hope it helps!

Bryan
